Changes

So life is ever changing. I swear just when I think I have got it all figured out God sends me a fast pitch and knocks me down.

If you read my Blog a couple weeks ago, I talked about the stupid test I had to take. Well I took it (4th times a charm right?!). I failed, not just part like I had in the past...but the whole stinking thing. So I am now questioning whether or not I should be in the insurance industry. Not really the career path I was intending...So now life is changing again.

Mediation seems more and more like the path I want to take. I have been in discussion with some folks over in the Pacific Northwest talking about doing some training over in that area and perhaps seeing what is out there job wise.

Who knows. But I do know that its been nearly a year. I love Helena but I am starting to get restless here.

So until next time...I'll just be restless in Montana (I think being sleepless in Seattle would be better at this moment).

Hi Clem,
I had to smile at your tirals at the insurance exam. Several years ago - before moving to Green River my dad (Grandpa Ed) wanted me to take the insurance exam, just in case things didn't work outin WY. Well I didn't take it and I'm glad I didn't. I wouldn't have wanted to end up in Bridger (though couldn't have been much worse than Green River)

On another note: A past employee of mine (She couldn't stay working for me cause she didn't multitask well - she had a tough time moving from one task to another and back again - and it was too stressful) decided to go into the isurance business. She worked for 6 months in the office while studying for the exam. Took the exam numerous times, after passing she worked alongside an agent for a month or so, then was on her own. After all that time, training, testing and expense paid by her employer she lasted TWO WEEKS as an insurance agent. The reason -things just changed too much - and she couldn't handle the stress.

She really had other issues than stress, but I won't go there.

You'll find a JOB someplace, in the meantime put the vision of A World of Wellness in your mind.

God Bless,
Uncle Lou
