Baby Nate

So I spent ALL day today with one of the worlds cutest babies. William Nathaniel. Today was his week birthday, and he's so precious. Enjoy!

Disgusting

There is a new campaign here in Washington/Seattle and it is gross! It gets the point across and freaks me out. Check it out.

Rude

Why is it that when a person attempts to be helpful other people shoot them down and are rude. I am amazed daily at this phenomenon. I perceive myself to be a very helpful person and find it absolutely rude to ask questions and then be told "I already told you that." Perhaps I was told that 3 days ago, but today is a new day, new ideas rise to the surface, and new problems arise in this new day. I just find it odd that someone would be rude to another when the other is just attempting to help clear up loose ends. I guess we can't all be cognizant of the fact that ignoring people and then snapping at them is not a POSITIVE form of communication.

Oh well. I don't even know if this makes sense to anyone other than me...oh well.

Slowly but surely

So as life is ever changing (and for those of you who know me...it always is) I am getting ready for my move back to MT. I can't wait. Really it should be fun, I miss all the H-town crew, and am ready to jump in and discover a new and vast group of friends and family in Billings. I don't have any set dates as of yet, other than the fact that my last day at work is the 24th. YAY! I am ready to move on and try bigger and better things in life. I think I finally realized that although I love the service industry it just isn't where my heart is. So now I am planning on focusing my attention on helping my dad with his business (check back soon for a link to that) and getting my own mediation firm started and running. I have been reading books and trying to make connections for that to happen.

So that is the best update on my life that I could give at the moment. I am doing very well, and think that once I move to Montana I will be doing even better!

Paddy's Day

So I had always heard they dyed the river green in Chicago, but MAN that is GREEN! Pretty damn cool if you ask me! Also pretty scarry, as I wonder how much dye had to go into that river to get it that color! YIKES!

Well I hope you all have a fantabulous Paddy's day!

Thanks for the pic Alex!

Once a Month

Posting is now looking like a monthly thing. Part of that is due to the lack of excitement in my life, and the other part is although there is no excitement I am insanely busy.

Life in Seattle looks as though it may come to an end. Yes I know *tear* . I am sure many of you are saying "WHAT?!?! You just moved there, which is very true, yet many things have changed in the past 3 months.

I have discovered that the job I once LOVED, I know don't love so much, I don't think I hate it yet, but it is not where I need or want to be at the moment. I love the industry, but I don't think I am ready for Managerial duties nor am I ready to be brought into a family run business and not be part of the family. That is tough. So that said...I have been interviewing with the MT Democratic party and am hoping I will be offered a job with them.

Idealy, I would be placed in Billings...yes again I am sure I am getting another WHAT?!?! And again I will let you know why this is the case. I have met a boy. An amazing boy who I have been away from since December. I can do the distance thing, but I don't like it and don't HAVE to do it. So I am opting not to. Billings may not work out so well, but no matter what I will be in the same state. Baby steps right?!

So that is the state of affairs at the moment.

Again forgive me for my lack of posting. I have some photos I can share soon and will once I get them!
